Product Support Representative Job Description

Brandt is seeking a skilled Product Support Representative to join our team in Regina. As a key member of our Customer Service Centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound sales calls to customers to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Respond to parts pricing inquiries from customers through various channels
  • Accurately fulfill parts order requests from clients
  • Provide availability of inventory and shipping times to customers
  • Collaborate with multiple vendors to ensure customer parts requests are satisfied

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
