Geotechnical Engineering Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Geotechnical Engineering Intern to join our team at Arup. As a Geotechnical Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including tunnel design, foundation design, and geotechnical investigation.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the design and analysis of geotechnical systems, including tunnels, foundations, and slopes.
- Conduct geotechnical investigations, including site visits and data collection.
- Develop and maintain geotechnical databases and models.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Geological Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals, soil, and rock mechanics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Evidence of past internship or extracurricular activity in the field.
- Exposure and interest in programming languages such as Python, Grasshopper, and Visual Basic.
- Proven ability to perform in a deadline environment.
