About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent, Live-in to join our team at Skyline Real Estate Limited Partnership. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of all common areas, including hallways, floors, and stairs.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and ensure that all areas are kept clean and free of debris.
  • Facilities Management: Perform minor repairs and maintenance to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Security and Safety: Perform regular safety and security checks, and ensure that all areas are secure and free of hazards.
  • Customer Service: Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants, and provide excellent customer service to all residents and visitors.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with other members of the property management team to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and that all residents are satisfied.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and physical stamina to perform the duties of the role.
