Job Title: Construction Helper

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Helper to join our team at IMAAN CONSTRUCTION GROUP. As a Construction Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on construction techniques and safety protocols.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications and pave and rake asphalt as required.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials and perform routine maintenance work on equipment and tools.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
Work Environment:

As a Construction Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality. You will be required to work outdoors and underground, and may be exposed to noisy and dusty conditions.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Benefits:
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • 36-40 hours per week.
