Job Title: Supervisor Intermodal and Automotive Operations

Canadian Pacific Railway (CP) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Intermodal and Automotive Operations to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all outside operations within the Intermodal terminal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safe and efficient receipt, loading, and unloading of containers in accordance with CP's policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain service commitments and meet key performance indicators.
  • Manage container availability and placement to meet IMS Service Standards.
  • Prioritize outbound loading for domestic and international traffic in compliance with AAR securement processes.
  • Ensure Perishable Protected Service (PPS) containers are inspected and serviced as required.
  • Monitor and improve truck dwell, asset utilization, and key metrics in OASIS/TYES.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous railroad experience an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in OASIS, TMS, MS Office, and basic Excel.
  • Understanding of applicable Collective Agreement.
