Position Overview

As a Delivery Management Coordinator at ARK DISTRIBUTION SERVICES, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the logistics and distribution operations. Your leadership will ensure that our delivery processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize Payments: Manage and approve payments through various methods.
  • Merchandise Returns: Oversee the authorization process for returned goods.
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective work schedules for team members.
  • Sales Management: Engage in selling merchandise and driving sales performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any operational challenges, including customer inquiries and supply chain disruptions.
  • Inventory Organization: Maintain and organize inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of delivery personnel.
Qualifications

Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: Candidates should have between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within logistics or distribution.

Employment Type: This is a permanent position.

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is necessary.

Work Hours: Expect to work between 35 to 40 hours per week.
