Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development organization to deliver software products that meet quality, time, and efficiency standards.
- Ensure the spreading of knowledge and building bench strength for key positions.
- Communicate the Agfa HealthCare vision and R&D strategy to ensure alignment and progress.
- Collaborate with other R&D sites and teams to drive innovation and growth.
- Develop and implement QA processes and code reviews to ensure software products meet quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and project management experience.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
- Full stack development expertise in Java, Cloud, and Cloud Native development.
