Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and organized individual to supervise heavy equipment operators on an offshore drilling rig. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling activities, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and establishing methods to meet work schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers to achieve project goals
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure a high-performing team
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and productivity
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced offshore environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
