Monday to Thursday - 1 pm to 6 pm

The Opportunity:

The primary role of the instructor is to design, implement, and deliver educational programs to international students in a classroom setting. The Global Business Management Instructor will facilitate courses within the Global Business Management Post-Graduate Certificate Program, assessing student performance through various evaluation methods. Additionally, the instructor will support student success initiatives, including internships, job placements, and industry engagement.

The instructor will embody the vision, mission, and values of triOS College, contributing to a respectful, inclusive, and student-centered environment.

What you bring to the position:

  • A university degree in a relevant field (Business, Accounting, Commerce, etc.) is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a global business environment is essential.
  • A master's degree in business administration is preferred.
  • A degree or diploma in adult education is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with Adult Learning Principles is preferred.
  • Teaching experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project software is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of D2L Brightspace or other Learning Management Systems is a plus.
