DevOps Specialist Job Description

At IFG International Financial Group Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Finance and Risk Technologies team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our critical Risk Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the operations of Risk Applications such as Bancware, RCRR, IFRS9, and others.
  • Assess application operations maturity and provide recommendations for automation improvements.
  • Execute and monitor monthly/quarterly operations, including shift hours.
  • Provide excellent service and become a trusted advisor to customers through proactive engagement, technical depth, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Recommend and implement improvements, document knowledge, and prepare technical training for end users and team members.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in DevOps or strong system administration skills for UNIX (AIX) and MS Windows.
  • Experience using Tidal as a sequencer for operations and big data & Hadoop.
  • Database query execution experience with MS SQL, Oracle, and MS Active Directory.
  • Ability to use modern project and issue management tools (Atlassian Confluence and ServiceNow).
  • NET or.NET Core framework experience and MS TFS collaboration platform administration.
