Job Title: Network Analyst - Cisco/Fortinet

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Network Analyst - Cisco/Fortinet to join our team. As a Network Analyst - Cisco/Fortinet, you will be responsible for supporting and deploying new technologies, following best practices, and consulting and coordinating with various technology teams to provide a highly resilient network as the underlying core of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and deploy new technologies, following best practices, and consulting and coordinating with various technology teams.
  • Responsible for level 3 support and project deployments, both on premise Data Centres and the Cloud, to support the digital transformation of our global network.
  • Integration of applications.
  • Reporting to a Senior Manager, Data Centre Network Services, you will play a critical part in helping the team support the various technologies within our Global Network.
  • Participate in rotational on-call duties and, when required, be part of after-hours project deployments in the evenings or weekends.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on technical working experience in supporting, deploying and interconnecting various network technologies at an enterprise scale.
  • 5+ years of hands-on technical working experience with various Cisco, Fortinet, F5, Infoblox at an enterprise level capacity.
  • Possess superior problem solving, decision-making and troubleshooting skills to resolve work issues with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication (verbal/written) and good interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external business partners and vendors.
  • Possess a strong core foundation experience in fundamental network technologies and protocols.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Networking Technology or related field.
Preferred Skills:
  • Scripting language experience, Python preferred.
  • Cisco certification is a plus.
