Physiotherapist - Rehabilitation Services

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with actual or potential impairment, pain, functional limitations, or disabilities.
About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist who possesses excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or entry-level master's program in Physiotherapy from an accredited university and be a member of the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose patients with actual or potential impairment, pain, functional limitations, or disabilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
- Provide education and communication to patients, families, and caregivers
- Supervise and evaluate physiotherapy students and assistants
- Bachelor's degree or entry-level master's program in Physiotherapy from an accredited university
- Membership with the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Computer skills, including statistics input, word processing, and Outlook
- Annual Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation certification (BCLS)
This is a part-time long assignment, 50% of 37.5 hours bi-weekly, approximately 6 months. The successful candidate may be required to provide services anywhere within the Rehabilitation Services portfolio.
Compensation and IncentivesThe hourly rate for this position is $33.97 - $42.89. Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
