Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist at Rexall, you'll be responsible for ensuring excellence in patient care, customer service, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide clinical services, including prescription medication management and patient counseling
  2. Offer professional advice on prescriptions and over-the-counter products
  3. Manage inventory and accurately dispense prescriptions
  4. Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and Rexall policies
  5. Engage with patients to provide medication counseling and positive interactions
  6. Accurately and timely dispense prescriptions
  7. Perform patient-focused services, including injections and immunizations
  8. Provide professional advice and applicable dialogue with patients on prescription and OTC products
  9. Support accurate pricing and receiving procedures to minimize shrink
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, professional standards, and applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the Province of interest
  • Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team
  • Commitment to professional standards and regulatory compliance
