As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be a key player in shaping the future of our CRM, marketing, and customer service platforms.

You'll manage the product roadmap, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features and enhancements that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive product discovery through market research, customer interviews, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of the MarTech landscape to identify opportunities for integration, automation, and innovation within our platform.
  • Work hand-in-hand with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure a seamless product development and launch process.
  • Define success metrics, track product performance, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong background in MarTech and CRM platforms.
  • Experience with lead nurturing, marketing automation, or sales enablement tools is a significant plus.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS technologies and architectures, especially as they relate to CRM, MarTech, and customer service platform integration.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to inform product decisions.
