Key Responsibilities- Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and repeat business
- Conduct sales and leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures
- Familiarize yourself with competitive products and services
- Monitor sales leads and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and completing sales/purchase contracts
- Demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities to customers
- Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships for future purchases
- Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- OMVIC license is an asset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills
- Technically savvy
