About the Role

Bapa's Burritos Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring the company's financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Office environment with occasional overtime required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
