About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at AA Future Leaders Daycare and Learning Center. As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and care of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathing, Diapering, and Feeding Infants and Toddlers
  • Developing and Implementing Child-Care Programs
  • Maintaining Daycare Equipment
  • Storytelling and Leading Activities
  • Ordering Supplies and Equipment
  • Assisting with Record Keeping
  • Engaging Children in Activities
  • Guiding Children in Proper Habits
  • Observing and Reporting on Children's Development
  • Supervising and Coordinating Activities
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 7 Months to Less than 1 Year of Experience
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) Certification
  • Criminal Record Check
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work environment is physically demanding and requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
