Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Trailer Service Technician to join our team at TSA Truck & Trailer Repair. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our customers' commercial transport trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Inspect mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions, and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Test automotive systems and components to diagnose problems and recommend repairs.
  • Estimate parts and labor costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs, and provide clear explanations to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including advising customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
Work Environment

As a Truck Trailer Service Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and manual dexterity. You will be part of a team that values client focus, flexibility, and judgement.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Language and Work Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek. The primary language of work is English.
