Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and minimize costs.

  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Work Conditions:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask. The successful candidate will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional standing for extended periods.

  • Accurate: Ability to accurately manage budgets and inventory.
  • Client Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues promptly.

This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and be flexible in their work schedule.
