We are a dynamic company seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Accurately calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
    • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
    • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
    • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
    • Prepare trial balance of books
    • Reconcile accounts
  • Computer and Technology
    • Proficient in accounting software
    • Experience with MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
    • Familiarity with Quick Books and MS Office
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Own transportation is required
    • Public transportation is available
