Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Instructor to join our team at Aurora College. As the Instructor, Northern Leadership Development Program, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering educational programming for adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and deliver educational programming for adults
• Instruct courses related to the Northern Leadership Development Program
• Evaluate the program and recommend changes/improvements as required
• Liaise with the advisory committee and contract staff
• Manage and maintain a learning environment conducive to providing high-quality education

Requirements:

• Master's degree in education, organizational development, human resources, or a related field
• Certification in leadership coaching or training
• 3 years' experience in a leadership role
• 2 years' experience working with Aboriginal governments or Northern community governance structures

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $53.80 per hour to $64.26 per hour, plus an annual Northern Allowance of $3,700.
