About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Transportation Engineering team in the Toronto West office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex transportation infrastructure projects, including Class Environmental Assessments, TPAP, preliminary designs, intersection, or corridor improvement studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project teams and staff to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Lead business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals.
  • Participate in the management of the Infrastructure Group in Toronto West Office.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's University Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience as well as 8+ years of Transportation Engineering.
  • Experience with MTO, Region of Peel, York Region, and Halton Region are an asset.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, InRoads and Civil3D an asset.
  • Understanding of traffic engineering principles.
  • Familiar with GTHA market conditions, public and private sector client base in and around the GTHA.
  • Excellent technical verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with commitment to excellence and high quality work.
