Job Title: Early Childhood Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Supervisor to join our team at Jolly Ranchers Daycare Inc.

Job Summary

The Early Childhood Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. This role will also involve supervising staff, training, and volunteers, as well as synthesizing the overall situation of the children and communicating with parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the well-being of children
  • Supervise and train staff, trainees, and volunteers to ensure high-quality care
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
  • Lead activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, singing, and outings
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community service providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
Requirements
  • Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
  • 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Reliability and punctuality
Work Environment

The Early Childhood Supervisor will work in a daycare center or nursery school setting, with a team of 3-4 people. The work environment is fast-paced and requires strong organizational and time management skills.
