About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our manufacturing operations at Majestic Marble Import Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our manufacturing department and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve organizational objectives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, operations management)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior operations management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
