Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, including cakes and baked goods.
- Production Scheduling: Assist in drawing up production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
