Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at 12220105 Canada Inc. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our databases, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter data according to specified format and verify accuracy and completeness
  • Store, update and maintain databases, and perform backup procedures to ensure data preservation
  • Perform general office duties, including creating digital records using a scanner
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Basic security clearance
  • Own transportation or public transportation available
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
