Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
