About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Alarm System Technician to join our team at PT PROTECH TELECOM LTD. as a key member of our technical support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Inspection and Repair: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair and maintenance.
  • Electronic Equipment Testing: Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify faults and defects.
  • Repair and Replacement: Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools.
  • Circuit and Component Diagnosis: Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults to ensure efficient repair and maintenance.
  • Product Testing and Adjustment: Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning and performance.
  • Equipment Adjustment and Alignment: Adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure optimal performance.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise other electronic equipment service technicians to ensure efficient team performance and productivity.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced technical environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
