Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the school's goals and objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the school, including personnel, materials, and financial resources.
- Department Management: Establish and manage major departments and related senior staff positions, ensuring that they are aligned with the school's goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 11-15 individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Communication: Act as the face of the organization, representing the school at official functions and negotiating with external stakeholders.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of middle managers, directors, and other senior staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve their performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 to under 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Working Hours: 35 hours per week
