Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Operations Supervisor to join our team at Richmond Hill Toyota. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payment for specialized cleaning services.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient use of resources.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
