Senior Animation Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Animator II to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our animation team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality animation content that exceeds our standards and inspires our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative animation techniques to enhance our pre-visualization objectives.
- Collaborate with our Senior Animation Director and key stakeholders to create and deliver exceptional animation content.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase animation quality and efficiency.
- Partner with our Senior Animation Director to develop mocap shot lists and provide mocap direction when applicable.
- Stay up-to-date with advances in mocap data manipulation techniques and evaluate new software features and tool advances to increase animation output and efficiency.
- Mentor and grow others through demonstrable excellence, mentorship, and critique.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the games industry, with 4+ years as a Senior II Animator or equivalent.
- A portfolio demonstrating past work and explaining your specific contributions to each example.
