Job Summary

The Sales Associate at Laura Canada is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales through a deep understanding of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by following Laura Canada's service standards and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every client.
  • Assess the unique needs of customers and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, new arrivals, and fashion trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Promote Laura Canada's website, store CRM, loyalty program, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and engagement.
  • Execute all point-of-sale procedures accurately and efficiently, including sales, refunds, and customer orders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
  • Open to feedback and willing to implement changes in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate initiative and a positive attitude in all aspects of the job.
  • English and/or French language proficiency is required.
