Job Title: Tile Setter

We are seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team at Canada Inc Corp. As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for installing ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles in various settings, including residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including measuring, marking, and cleaning.
  • Mix and apply adhesives, mortars, and other materials as needed.
  • Set tiles in place, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
  • Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power tools.
  • Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles.
  • Supervise other workers and ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Lay and set mosaic tiles to create decorative designs.
  • Install tile strips and other finishing elements.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and patterns.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
Work Environment:

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and overtime requirements. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.Hours:

35 hours per week.
