- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare food order summaries for the chef, providing critical information to inform menu planning and inventory management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
