Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Accurately receive and process inventory, including checking for damage and discrepancies
  • Load and unload shipments, ensuring safe and efficient handling
  • Prepare orders for prompt delivery, including picking and packing items
  • Operate hand and/or controlled forklifts to move inventory and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager, including assisting with inventory management and order fulfillment

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Team player with a strong sense of collaboration and a willingness to assist others
  • Valid Class 3 Licence with Air brake endorsement is an asset, with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with some heavy lifting required
  • Applicants must be over 14 years old, with a valid Social Insurance Number
