About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Refrigeration Equipment Assistant to join our team at Masson Appliance Sales Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our refrigeration equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment, including cleaning and lubricating moving parts.
  • Tool Management: Organize and maintain a clean and efficient workspace, including the storage and retrieval of tools and equipment.
  • Support to Tradespersons: Provide assistance to tradespersons and other workers as directed, including fetching tools and equipment.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the cleaning of machines and immediate work areas.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Physical Demands: The role requires a high level of physical fitness, including the ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Environment: The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
