Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Coordinator to join our team at Kento Windows & Doors. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the manufacturing process, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the manufacturing process, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is not available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Health Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan.
  • Duration of Employment: Permanent.
  • Language of Work: English.
  • Hours of Work: 32 to 35 hours per week.
