The Role

As Digital Media Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital media strategies that drive business growth and exceed client expectations. You will lead a team of digital media specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement digital media strategies aligned with client objectives.
  2. Oversee all aspects of digital media campaigns, including planning, execution, and optimization.
  3. Manage a team of digital media specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to drive performance.
  4. Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  7. Drive the company's digital media strategy & product development; with the goal of creating brandable 'secret sauce' level strategies.
  8. Mentor and train the company at large on digital media initiatives.
  9. Enhance and create department processes.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience working in Digital Marketing with a focus on Paid Media.
  3. Solid experience working with digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads).
  4. Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams.
  5. Strategic thinker with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
  6. Looking for a systems and process-minded individual. You love doing the work but creating systems and products for others to follow.
  7. Excellent and skilled in analytics
