About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at A & Sons Corporation. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage supplies and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
