About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 2036782 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and productive team dynamic.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience.
  • Work Setting: Retail business environment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with electronic cash registers, Interac machines, and price scanners.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation or access to public transportation.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, and reliability.
