Job Title: Stucco Plasterer

Antique Stucco Ltd. is seeking a skilled Stucco Plasterer to join our team. As a Stucco Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a smooth and durable surface.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to walls and ceilings
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for plastering
  • Cure freshly plastered surfaces to ensure a strong bond
  • Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in the finish coat, if required
  • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
  • Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim
  • Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages
Work Environment:

As a Stucco Plasterer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety. You will be required to work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, and in various locations, including commercial and residential settings.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in stucco plastering
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
