**Job Summary:**

Fed Finance is seeking a seasoned Financial Director to lead our finance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our clients in the manufacturing and construction sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the complete management of the finance department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
* Develop and present financial statements to senior management, highlighting key financial trends and insights
* Implement and maintain effective accounting controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Manage a team of 23 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
* Participate in the budgeting process, analyzing costs and profitability of construction and production projects
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans

**Requirements:**

* CPA designation
* Proven experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of financial management principles
* Ambition to take on challenges and contribute to the growth of our clients
