Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate in Brantford. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist customers with opening new accounts, applying for loans, and other financial products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the overall success of the branch.
  • Stay up-to-date on bank products and services, as well as relevant industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
