About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead our nuclear project team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the overall planning, coordination, and control of nuclear projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate major nuclear projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and submit project budget estimates and manage project finances.
  • Prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress against established timelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Lead innovation and value engineering sessions to drive solutions-oriented focus to projects and clients.
  • Ensure all internal processes and client business processes are communicated and followed by the project team.
  • Lead presentations to key stakeholders to ensure proper communication within the project execution team.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in medium to large projects, with 10+ years in a supervisory capacity in the nuclear sector.
  • Excellent budgeting, costing, and scheduling skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing all disciplines, internal employees, and external sub-trades.
  • Ability to inspire trust in difficult situations and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
