Job Description

The Lead Supervisor role is a critical component of our store's overall success, requiring a high level of performance and representation of our brand's values. This individual will demonstrate exemplary behavior, not only in their work but also in their ability to adapt to various roles within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand organizational objectives and make decisions in partnership with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to align with Company priorities and values.
  • Endorse, model, and develop the team to deliver Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
  • Enforce sales strategies, initiatives, and growth across all categories.
  • Work with Store Manager(s) and/or Assistant Store Manager(s) to flex store business strategies and personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store and financial results.
  • Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards, switching gears based on the needs of the business.
  • Develop both self and individual product knowledge skills and remain aware of current collections.
  • Understand the positive sales impact staffing has on the business and recruit accordingly.
  • Coach, develop, and motivate the team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet goals and utilize Company tools.
  • Regularly provide feedback to others, coach performance to a higher standard, and provide constructive feedback to Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s).

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales, preferably in a luxury retail service environment).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet), utilize walkie talkie, understand and read price and product release sheets.
  • Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room, and lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers.
  • Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays high retail traffic and sales days.
