Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Detailer to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a key member of our detailing team, you will be responsible for preparing new and pre-owned vehicles for customer deliveries, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail in every aspect of the detailing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare vehicles for customer deliveries, including interior and exterior detailing, rustproofing, undercoating, and paint protection.
  • Use specialized equipment to polish vehicles as required, maintaining a high level of shine and finish.
  • Maintain the detailing equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and performing at optimal levels.
  • Organize and prepare rental vehicles, ensuring they are clean and ready for customers.
  • Treat every vehicle as if it were your own, demonstrating a high level of pride and ownership in your work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Detail Operations Manager, contributing to the overall success of the detailing team.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience as an automotive detailer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with wet sanding is an asset, as is experience in providing exceptional customer service.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in every aspect of the detailing process.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and positive attitude, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record, as well as non-skid/safety shoes.
