At 0729886 BC LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that sales targets are met. Your duties will include assigning sales workers to duties, ordering merchandise, and authorizing the return of merchandise. You will also be responsible for establishing work schedules, selling merchandise, and preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. Additionally, you will resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. You will also organize and maintain inventory, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and conduct performance reviews. This is a permanent position, requiring 2 years to less than 3 years of experience, with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
