We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our cleaning service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff
- Establish financial and administrative controls
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team player with strong leadership abilities
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent position with 40 hours per week
- Fluent in English
