Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2472439 ALBERTA LTD. Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and supervise a team of food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets for food and supplies, ensuring that we stay within our financial guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
