Job Title: Civil Engineering Graduate

AECOM is seeking a talented Civil Engineering Graduate to join our Transportation team in Mississauga, ON, Canada.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Graduate to assist in the design and development of transportation projects. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of experienced engineers and will be responsible for building analytic and design skills, conducting engineering design, creating designs and calculations, and preparing presentations and reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engineering designs and solutions under the guidance of experienced engineers.
  • Conduct data analysis and interpretation to inform design decisions.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in civil engineering.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools.
